I thought I'd share some lovely images by Nadia Todres and the Center for the Arts girls. Nadia is a talented and committed photographer who took many of the powerful photos that appear in the Beyond Shock book.
These photos are from the Place Boyer "Rising for Justice with Girls" event we did in Haiti on November 23rd, working with the YMCA Center for the Arts and the Haiti Adolescent Girls Network. (PotoFanm+Fi is a member of HAGN.)
We also had KOFAVIV show up with their young women, tee-shirts, and crafts made by young women who had escaped from forced prostitution. They are an impressive, courageous group of teens!
